Carpet
Care
- Avoid
wearing shoes on your carpeting or keep a pair for indoor use only.
- Vacuum
high traffic areas frequently.
- Do
not put a stiff-backed rug on top of your carpeting. This may cause
excessive wear.
- Place
washable throw rugs over heavily used areas (doorways, in front
of the sofa, or areas used by pets). Wash these rugs frequently.
- Plants,
even in waterproof containers, should not sit directly on your carpeting.
Use a plant stand or plant caddy.
- Re-arrange
furniture occasionally to reduce wear patterns.
